New development releases that includes many changes, I expect that there might be some regressions. Please help with testing!

Metacity 3.37.1

• Removed `reduced-resources` setting.
• Removed `appmenu`, `shade`, `stick` and `above` buttons.
• Use `XResQueryClientIds` to get client PID.

GNOME Flashback 3.37.2

• Switch to `org.gnome.Nautilus.FileOperations2` D-Bus interface. This bumps runtime dependency on Nautilus to 3.37.1.1.
• Implement direct file deletion from desktop avoiding trash.
• Clipboard has been moved to separate process.
• Fixes for screensaver / lock screen.

GNOME Panel 3.37.1

• Old library has been removed.
• All internal objects has been turned into applets.
• New "Add to Panel" dialog.

GNOME Applets 3.37.1

• All applets has been ported to new `libgnome-panel` library.
• Multiload applet now uses `/proc/diskstats` for disk monitoring.
